Refund policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

Since our products are press-on nails (personal use beauty items), we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong design or wrong product

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues

  • Design preference after delivery

  • Used or worn nails

Items must remain unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify.


Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Packaging photos

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if you received a damaged or wrong item.

If approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days.
