  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity

  • Customers must provide correct contact and shipping details

Failure to respond to confirmation calls/messages may result in order cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or location

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances

  • Customers must ensure availability to receive the parcel

If a parcel is returned due to non-response, future orders may require advance payment.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns/exchanges if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:
